Haute Couture Theatre Company is proud to present, “Bollywood Night in Yaletown,” an evening of Theatre with Dinner!
Written by veteran actress and seasoned director, Yasmin Virani, who has directed such plays as, Woody Allen’s, God, and David Mammet’s, Sexual Perversity in Chicago, Anand (bliss, peace, happiness), will make its world premiere this fall at the Roundhouse Community Centre for Arts and Recreation.
Filled with music and laughter, this cross cultural play is more than just a coming of age story. As Virani recounts her journey into womanhood, her raw emotion gives voice to our humanity and we learn that moving forward is ultimately about personal redemption. Edgy and honest, philosophical and compassionate, Anand is a celebration of romantic love - bollywood style!
When: Friday, November 6th at 7:00pm.
Where: Roundhouse Community Centre (performance hall). 181 Roundhouse Mews, on the corner of Davie and Pacific, in Yaletown - right across Urban Fare.

A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Indo -African AIDS Society, an organization that helps women in India who are suffering with the disease.
